ONLINE & TELEPHONE PURCHASES – RETURNS
We believe that you will be delighted with your goods but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple and as smooth as possible. Under the European Directive on distance selling which was incorporated into UK law vide The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period. This means you can return your order in its original condition and packaging to: Mary’s of Enfield Ltd, 27 High Street, Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire EN11 8SX, United Kingdom within 7 days of the date on which you received it. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. 

For your own protection, we suggest you use Royal Mail Special Delivery as it requires a signature upon delivery and insures the item should something happen to it in transit. It is vital that you keep your tracking number as proof of postage. This returns policy applies to all of our products except bespoke/made to order items.

Returned goods must be received by us within 7 days; and only if the item is unworn and in it’s original resaleble condition i.e. clean, intact, with hangers and all tags still attached by their original means, and in the original packaging in which it was sent, we will then refund you any money which you have paid us for that product but minus the original postage costs. It is also the responsibility for the customer to pay for the return postage of the goods.

Garments can only be exchanged with a receipt within 14 days of purchase.
Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable.
We will only give refunds in accordance with your legal rights. You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind.
